Your Dashboard is the home page of your Portal. In the Dashboard you will be able to access all of the necessary tools to effectively manage your appointments, messages and profile information. Most of these tools can be accessed in the top portion of the Dashboard.
1. No matter where you are in the Portal, the Home button will always bring you back to the Dashboard.
2. To access your messages, use the Mailbox in the upper toolbar beside the Home button. Or use the Mail tab, in the main body of the Portal.
3. If you wish to manage your appointments, you can do so by using the Appointments icon in the upper toolbar, beside the Mailbox or in the main body of the Portal.
4. Your clinic may choose to send you Health Broadcasts. These could range from Flu season alerts, health reminders and clinic updates. These broadcasts will appear on the right side of your dashboard, to view the broadcast, you merely click on them.
5. In the top right-hand side of your Dashboard, there is a drop-down menu where you can Logout or access your Account to manage your information.
