This document describes how to send registration emails to all patients in a Patient Group, and track patient engagement in Browse Patients.


Send Invitations:

1.  Click on the Patient Icon, and then expand on the Patient Group bar.



2.  Click on a particular Patient Group Name to continue.



3.  Expand on the Send Invitations bar.



4.  Filter buttons under Send Invitations To before sending:

  • To send to All Unregistered patients whether they have received an invitation previously or not, check this box.  Please note that patients that have not registered after 5 email attempts will be excluded from future mass invitations.  We do not want to spam them.
  • The other option is the to send to Only People Who Have Never Received An Invitation.
  • To send out a limited number of invites, especially during first launch, select the box 50 People Who Have Never Received An Invitation.
  • Select an appropriate Minimum Age limit to receive this invitation.  The default is 16.  Please check your regional privacy regulation on this subject.  If there are mature minors that you would like to send out an invitations, please invite them individually instead. 
  • To track patient registration in a previous campaign, click on the Track Previous Invitation Campaigns.  However, the better tool for tracking registrations is the Browse Patients bar under the main Patient Management section.
  • Click on Send Invitations to commit.



Browse Patients

1.  Under Patient Management, expand the Browse Patients bar.



2.  The Browse Patients tool allows you to view a list of patients based on filter and search criteria.

  • Under Search Criteria drop down bar, click on the appropriate Patient Group Name.
  • The Registered box will include all registered patients in the search.
  • The Unregistered box will include all unregistered patients in the search.
  • The Deactivated box will include all patients that were deactivated by either staff or patient self-deregistration.
  • The Declined box will include all patients that declined the invitation.  Every registration email has the option to allow the patient to decline registration.
  • Check appropriate boxes under Role.
  • The Has Active Connection box will include patient/caregivers/dependents that are connected to another account.
  • Click on Submit to view results.
  • You can click on the individual name in the list to view their patient profile.
