Please note: to use this service, you must have a Video Conference appointment and need to have received the Appointment Details and/or a Reminder Email. A Video Conference appointment will have the Join Video Call button as shown in the first image below.
Device Prerequisite:
- Computer/tablet/smartphone with a camera and microphone.
- Good Wifi/wired Internet connection.
- Headset is preferred for better clarity.
- Modern internet browser such as Chrome, Safari, Firefox, or MS Edge (Chromium). Please update your browser to the latest version.
- Check device compatibility here: https://portal.healthmyself.net/vc-test (if your device fails this test, please review the above conditions and contact support@healthmyself.ca).
- Open your Appointment Reminder Email, and click on Join Video Call.
- Your device may ask permission to access your Camera and Microphone. Please Allow access.
- A video window will appear as shown below. Please click on the Join Video Call button, and kindly wait for your healthcare practitioner to arrive.
- Once your healthcare practitioner arrives, begin your conversation.
