The Mailbox is used for correspondence with your clinic staff and your medical provider (assuming your clinic and provider have enabled direct messaging). From here you can view previously sent messages, in addition to replying to and composing new messages. 

1. You can access your mailbox from the Dashboard of the Portal. There are two access points you can click on to enter your mailbox. 

  • In the top toolbar, where the mailbox icon appears
  • In the main body of the Portal where it displays Mail

2. Once in the Mailbox, you will be able to view messages you have received (Mailbox) and messages you have sent (Sent). To access these, there is a drop-down menu containing the two folders.
