Please note that if the patient is unregistered, you may also deactivate this user to exclude them from receiving an registration email during the mass/bulk invitation process.


1.  In the Portal:

a) Click on the Search icon.

b) Click on the Portal button.

c) Type the patient/caregiver's last name, or the patient's EMR number.

d) When the profile appears, click on the Profile button as shown below.




2.  Click on the Deactivate Account to commit.  The account can be reactivated by clicking the Reactivate Account button and then Send Registration.
