Tracking broadcasts will give you insight into which patient has viewed your communication campaign. You can then follow up with the patient for further engagement.
1. After sending your broadcast, go back and open the communications campaign to view engagement.
- You can go to Options(three dots) at the top right corner and Duplicate this communication if you'd like.

- The boxes on the right column will filter according to their category. Click Submit to apply filter and view.
- The most relevant filter is under Read Status, Opened.
- The eye as shown indicates that the notification has been opened.

A) For Portal Broadcast Setting
- Change the name of this Broadcast if necessary. It is for internal use only.
- Change the Broadcast Expiry Date if necessary.
- Click Save to commit.
B) For Email and Secure Notification
- Change the name of this Notification if necessary. It is for internal use only.
- Click Save to commit.
5. Status
A) For Portal Broadcast Status
- If you have a Portal Broadcast, you can Deactivate This Broadcast Now by clicking the button.
B) For Email and Secure Notification
- You cannot recall any active Email or Secure Notification
6. Content
A) For Portal Broadcast Status
- Contents of a Portal Broadcast can be changed
- Click Save Content to commit
B) For Secure Notification (but not Email broacast)
- Contents of Secure Notification can be changed because content comes from the Portal.
- Contents of regular Email broadcast cannot be changed because content is embedded in the email itself.
7. Audience (Portal Broadcast Only)
- Portal Broadcast Audience can be changed because all information within the Portal are managed.
- Email and Secure Notification Audience cannot be changed because emails have already been sent to those recipients.
