This tool is only used when initiating a new provider's schedule, or to correct appointment aberrations by overwriting the Portal's calendar with that of the EMR.

1. Go to the Calendar Icon.

2. Import appointments from the EMR

Expand Manually Import Appointments bar.
Check all provider boxes applicable.
Click on Import Appointments from EMR button to commit.
