The following is an explanation of how Sync Scheduleable Hours operate under different EMR scenarios.


PS Suite:

  1. Removes availability based on PS working hours.  This acts only to trim availability and does not create any new one.


Med Access:

  1. If using Portal template, this action only removes availability based on MA working hours.
  2. If using MA template to create availability, then using the Sync Scheduleable Hours button will create/remove Portal availability to match that of the MA schedule.
